Born in 1992 in a small but beautiful city of northern Greece that goes by the name "Kavala".
Worked in many small local restaurants and a couple big hotels in Greece.
Moved in Newport, Wales in 2015 to work for the best conference resort in the UK. The Celtic Manor resort.
Eventually found my way into the Gordon Ramsay Group and now i am enjoying working alongisde many great chefs at the "Bread Street Kitchen".
